Commonwealth Password Reset can get you back in your locked Windows account quickly and easily without assistance from a Commonwealth Service Desk technician. Our agency has setup Commonwealth Password Reset powered by Azure AD. Azure AD SSPR leverages a shared registrations experience with Azure/Office 365 multi-factor authentication (MFA). This will follow the same MFA process you are already familiar with. With Commonwealth Password Reset, you can unlock your account or reset your password without calling the Commonwealth Service Desk for assistance.

ServiceNow - Go Live!!

COT has launched a new ITSM Self-Service portal called ServiceNow. ServiceNow allows customers to view service alerts, report issues and check ticket statuses. Click Here to access the portal!
