Support staff available Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm Eastern time. On-call personnel cover after-hours Production support.

WN10 Additional Service Clarifications
WN10 server software must remain at vendor-supported levels.
SAN disk storage is usage-based and billed separately.
Backup and recovery services are not included in the WN10 rate.
Disaster Recovery protection is not available for the WN10 rate.
Application Software assistance: installing, debugging, trouble-shooting, upgrading, or otherwise supporting.
Application software is available, but not included in the WN rates.
