Virtual Server - SQL Database Host – Disaster Recovery (DR)
SQ15 service is used to allocate offsite resources for DR.
SQ15 Billed per virtual server, per month.
SQ25 For each additional CPU allocated. Billed monthly.
SQ35 For each additional 2GB RAM allocated. Billed monthly.
SQ15 includes the following resources
A virtual server with 1 CPU and 4GB of RAM.
80GB minimum storage required per VM.
SQL Server Enterprise Edition included.
SQ15 Includes the following SERVICES
Annual Disaster Recover testing.
Installation of the Commonwealth-standard Windows or Linux Operating System.
Hardware and operating system software configuration management.
Connectivity to the Commonwealth's private network.
Continuous server monitoring.
24 X 7 X 365 access to the Commonwealth Service Desk.
Support staff available Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm Eastern time. On-call personnel cover after-hours Production support.

SQ15 Additional Service Clarifications
SQ15 server software must remain at vendor-supported levels.
Backup and recovery services are not included in the SQ15 rate.
Database creation, modification and support are included in the rate.
Application software includes: installing, debugging, trouble-shooting, upgrading, or otherwise supporting.
Application software is available, but not included in SQ rates.
