Virtual Server – Disaster Recovery (DR)
WN55 service is used to allocate offsite resources for DR.
WN55 Billed per virtual server, per month.
WN65 For each additional 2GB RAM allocated. Billed monthly.
WN75 For each additional CPU allocated. Billed monthly.
WN55 includes the following RESOURCES
A virtual server with 1 CPU and 2GB RAM.
80GB minimum storage required per VM.
WN55 Includes the following SERVICES for a fully managed virtual server
Annual Disaster Recover testing.
Installation of the Commonwealth-standard Windows or Linux Operating System.
Hardware and operating system software configuration management.
Connectivity to the Commonwealth's private network.
Continuous server monitoring.
24 X 7 X 365 access to the Commonwealth Service Desk.
Support staff available Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm Eastern time. On-call personnel cover after-hours Production support.

WN55 Additional Service Clarifications
WN55 server software must remain at vendor-supported levels.
Backup and recovery services are not included in the WN55 rate.
Application Software assistance: installing, debugging, trouble-shooting, upgrading, or otherwise supporting,
application software is available, but not included in the WN rates.
