The Commonwealth Office of Technology (COT) is committed to bringing value and innovation to Kentucky through technology and services. In alignment with our strategic plan, COT monitors a number of metrics to ensure we are progressing toward our five established goals. These metrics provide us, and our customers, with a variety of information by which to review our overall performance. The information on the following pages may change over time as priorities shift or goals are achieved. As defined within individual Service Level Agreements (SLA's), supported agencies may receive additional information specific to their needs.
