Changing your Windows password

Registered users can change their own password with ADSelfService Plus.
You must know your current password in order to make changes.

NOTE
:  If your current password is not working, use the "Reset Password" feature.

From an Internet browser, log into https://myaccount.ky.gov.  
Select "Change Password" option.
Log in with your current Windows password.
On the "Change Password" page, create a password that meets all requirements. 
Provide old password and new password in the appropriate box.
Select "OK."
Check for a “Password Change Acknowledgement” email from MyAccount@ky.gov in your inbox. It should say “You have successfully changed your password through MyAccount Portal."
