Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday from 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

IT customers may contact the Commonwealth Service Desk to request service or support via the following methods:

  • 24x7 Phone support: 502-564-7576.
  • Toll free support number: 800-372-7434.
  • E-mails are processed only during business hours listed above. Those submitted after hours will be processed the following business day. (Call 564-7576 for after-hour priority needs.)
