Remote Access and VPN

RAS (local Number) plus additional cost if need to use the 800 roaming number

This is an outsourced service and any related costs are passed directly from COT to the agency. The rate is a recurring monthly fee for 800 number access. Per-minute charges also apply at a rate of 8.3 cents.

Support staff is available Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

VP10 Virtual Private Networking

The Virtual Private Networking service provides secure and encrypted access to the Commonwealth's private network, from foreign networks (including the public Internet). Service Desk Support is also included 24x7x365.
