OAD staff are skilled in project management tools and techniques can serve as the project manager for an entire project or for only those portions of a project for which COT has specific responsibility. Staff can also provide assistance to the project manager by performing one or more project management functions within any phase of the project life cycle.

Project Manager Mentoring
Experienced OAD project managers can guide the on-the-job development of a project manager's skills and expertise throughout the life of a project or only in the performance of one or more project management functions.
The project manager and the OAD mentor jointly construct and deploy an individualized mentoring plan designed to increase the desired skills.
Project Reviews
OAD can assist Commonwealth projects by analyzing any or all project management functions within a project and recommending management strategies to enhance project planning, monitoring and control.
