FW10 Firewall - Tier I
The Firewall-Tier I service provides Cabinet-level network firewall protection for mission critical applications and/or highly sensitive data. The rate includes a proactively-managed, 24x7x365 protection solution for a Cabinet-wide network as well as event-correlation with other security appliances across the Commonwealth's enterprise-network-backbone.
Support staff is available Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. Emergency after hour pager support is available.
FW20 Firewall - Tier II
The Firewall-Tier II service provides Department-level network firewall protection for sensitive applications and/or data. The rate includes reactive monitoring and support during normal business hours.
Support staff is available Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. Emergency after hour pager support is available.
