MB10 Basic E-mail Messaging Service
Under the new rate structure, the Basic messaging service has been un-bundled from the wide area network (WAN) rate. The new “rated” service includes the Exchange Client Access License (CAL) required for each desktop, mailbox storage up to 100 MB and a maximum attachment limit of 10 MB. Access to the Commonwealth Service Desk is included 24x7x365.

ME10 Enhanced E-mail Messaging Service
The Enhanced messaging service is differentiated from the Basic service by 2 primary factors. First, the maximum amount of disk storage per mailbox is increased to 400 MB. Second, the Entrust client is included allowing outgoing email to be encrypted and received by others using the industry standard X.509 certificate. The maximum attachment size remains 10 MB. Access to the Commonwealth Service Desk is included 24x7x365.
