COT provides application development services to customers at an hourly rate. These services are provided within the structure of COT's Product Development Process (PDP) which is based on the Project Management Institute's "Project Management Body of Knowledge" (PMBOK), and follows industry standard Project Management Lifecycle and System Development Lifecycle methods.
These services can be provided bundled together or separately, and include but are not limited to Systems Analysis/Design, System Development (Programming), Data Base Design and Management, Application Integration, Application Implementation, Quality Assurance and Testing, and Project Management.
