To emphasize cyber security, Governor Steve Beshear has signed an official proclamation designating October as Cyber Security Awareness Month in Kentucky. Read the Governor's proclamation here.

Nationwide, the National Cyber Security Alliance’s National Cyber Security Awareness Month focuses on raising awareness of cyber security and empowering home users, businesses and education users, both K-12 and higher education, to improve their cyber security preparedness.
