All COT customers on the Kentucky Information Highway can purchase McAfee Security products through COT’s contract with Dell at significant savings. COT requires that orders from Dell include both antivirus and antispyware products. Other products in the McAfee catalog can also be ordered. Customers should order products in sufficient time to receive their licenses prior to their current license expiration date, if the customer has an existing McAfee license. Licenses (Grants) will be issued to expire on June 30. All licenses will be for at least one year, with the second year prorated based on the number of months remaining until June 30 of the second year.

The estimated prorated cost for the products based on the approximate order date can be determined in the following pricing chart. Please note that if you do not have a current perpetual license for a particular product, you would be charged the “NEW’ customer fees for that product. For instance, if you have an existing McAfee Antivirus license, but do not have an antispyware license, you would need to purchase the new spyware license at full cost for that product, as the perpetual license fees cannot be prorated for periods less than one year:
