The Division of Printing is responsible for the printing and duplicating needs of state agencies as delegated by the Finance and Administration Cabinet. As a self-supporting division, the mission is to provide a one-stop, full-service, and cost-effective printing service utilizing in-house equipment capabilities and contract printing vendors.
The division's facilities include electronic job and copy submission, pre-press copy preparation utilizing standard software, and electronic copy transfer to a variety of output devices including high volume document printers, color copiers, and wide-format printers. County-wide pick-up and delivery service is provided for all jobs particularly those produced off-site from the point of submission. In addition, consulting services are available to assist agencies in planning their printing projects.
